The fish and chips was exceptional, and the cozy Latin Room offers stunning harbor views. the lack of air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable.

Amazing views, comfortable bed.

Exceptional experience with stunning sea views as a backdrop. The warm hospitality from the friendly staff made the stay memorable, especially during breakfast, highlighted by delicious waffles and outstanding crab starters. A dedicated parking spot was a lifesaver in such a busy area. however, the noise from nearby activities was occasionally distracting, and the room could have been slightly larger for added comfort. Regardless, the location near a charming Cornish fishing village was idyllic.

Absolutely loved the stunning views from the King Room! Amazing location for those Doc Martin spots, and a perfect cozy vibe. Totally worth it to park on-site. that hill is a killer!

The shower wand situation was a bit of a workout—who needs a gym membership? And really, a fan with a history could use some tender loving care!

Breakfast was the best!

The view from the King Room with Sea View is spectacular, justifying the extra cost for the stay. The spacious room provided great comfort, and the friendly welcome added to the experience. Despite the tight parking situation, the convenience of on-site parking was a plus. Breakfast was surprisingly average and lacked attentiveness in service, which was a minor setback in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Couple’s paradise with a view!

We had the King Room with Sea View and wow, what a sight to wake up to. Every morning the sunrise painted the sky beautifully over the harbor, it was breathtaking. Breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in years, I mean how can you complain about a fresh full English? Plus, the service was friendly, I felt like a king myself.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly pocket change but let me tell ya, it was worth the splurge.

We had the King Room with Sea View and the sunrise over the harbor was breathtaking. The room was spotless, had a huge comfortable bed, and the bathroom was lovely with a massive bathtub. the old school has a fabulous location, just a 15-minute uphill walk to nathan outlaw's restaurant. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. breakfast options were very good, and dinner on our first night was tasty and enjoyable.
